Because fingers are all different sizes, she can wear a larger ring on her thumb, then as she grows move it to her other fingers. She can even wear it as a pendant on a necklace, as an adult.

To measure, you can use a piece of string, ribbon, or a small strip of paper. Wrap it around her finger, mark where it wraps to. Measure it on a ruler.
