Returns

Do you need to return a piece of jewelry? We want every Little Girl's Pearls piece to be truly loved, so we're happy to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order for non-personalized jewelry. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, along with any gift wrapping that was included.

Please note: Personalized, engraved, or otherwise custom-made pieces are not eligible for return.

Once your return arrives back here, we'll refund the price you paid for the jewelry to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping your package to you will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds typically take approximately 1–2 weeks to appear on your original payment method after your return has been received and processed.

Before sending anything back, please contact Little Girl's Pearls for a return authorization number and return instructions.

How to return your jewelry:

Please pack the jewelry securely in a box. Please do not return jewelry in an envelope, as it may not provide enough protection during shipping.

You may use the shipping carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using tracking and insurance, as Little Girl's Pearls cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.

Please include the following inside the box:

• Your name
• Your order number
• Your return authorization number
