The price includes fixing her jewelry, polishing it up nice and shiny.

If her jewelry is amiss and needs attention within the first 30 days, please contact us for some extra-special love & care. Thank you for your patience.

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not pay attention to the estimated arrival date during checkout. The timing will depend on when the jewelry arrives back here. It usually takes about a week or so to polish and repair her jewelry before it gets back on its way to you. We will then ship it back using the shipping method you choose at checkout.

I want to be sure your package arrives safely.

• Package your jewelry in a box.
• Be sure to insure your package.
• Please do NOT send your jewelry back in an envelope. Envelopes do not pass through postal sorting equipment well and can tear, squash, or damage the jewelry.
• We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit, so please package and insure your return carefully. Lost or damaged jewelry is no fun and cannot be refunded.
